A New Home, less then 0ne minute from Highway 401 Exit 582 Palace Rd Napanee. (Handy for travelers) Its a 410 sq. ft. Guest Room Loft on the second level with an on-suit 3 pcs bath and a private deck over looking the Napanee River Valley with beautiful sunsets to enjoy and relax with. 2 acres to walk and enjoy
I grew up in the Napanee area and have worked in Toronto, Ottawa and many towns in between. My career has been helping people in the financial industry. I enjoy sports, travel, concerts and meeting people ... Looking forward to meeting travelers from all corners of the world and make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable place for you to return to.

Property is less than a minute from the 401 exit #582 with new and older homes in the area.. The property is a 2 acres parcel of land with pathways to walk and access to The Napanee River.
The Town of Napanee has many Historic beginnings of Canada to see.
Close to many Fine Dinning Restaurants, Eateries and shopping in Old Downtown Napanee.... Many biking, hiking and walking trails near by, including the Catarogue Trails
Living and staying here is centrally located for the convenience to everything you would need to see and do....
