Located close to University Bridge, a short walk to the University, RUH, City Hospital, downtown and the river valley. View over Kinsmen Park and along the river. Secure and quiet with underground parking (max. height 74 inches/F150). Fast internet, workstation with adjustable table height, office chair and docking port - bring your own laptop and use the large monitor and printer/scanner. King size bed. Dishwasher and new in apartment laundry. Downstairs gym and squash court. Licensed, commercial alarm and sprinkler system.

Close to the river, City Hospital, Royal University Hospital (RUH), the University, Meewasin trail, and Kinsman Park (15 minutes walk or less). Located on the edge of downtown Saskatoon. Walk to many major destinations, about 1 block from bus 'rapid' transit stop.
