We rent a one story house with big terrace and nice garden in Carona, with full view over looking Lake Lugano and Monte Generoso, Monte San Giorgio, in a peaceful area, makes it a perfect place to spend your holiday or home office time. The house is fully renovated on 2018 and fully furnished with high quality furnitures. From the house it is only 15 minutes by car to Lugano center, 15 minutes by walk to San Salvatore. There is also Swimming pool, tennis court and famous restaurants in Carona.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the street pass by the house is private street so very few traffic , in front of the house there is no building -6 mins walk to bus stop which goes to Lugano center in 15 mins. -Small market in 5 mins walking distance. Where you find all food and living essentials. -Restaurants are 10 mins by walk. Recommend Ristorante Della Posta, Ristorante La Sosta, Grotto Pan Perdü. -Carona botanic garden, swimming pool and tennis court, trails for walking and biking all in 10-15 mins walking distance. -Post office 6 mins walking distance. - San Salvatore, 15 mins by walk.
