Property information

The luxurious, 100m2 4.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor and offers two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen opens onto a spacious dining/living area and the lift takes you directly from the garage to the apartment. On the enclosed terrace you can enjoy the alpine sunshine and the wonderful views of the mountains. The house is located 10 minutes’ drive from the village centre. The bus stop is close by. WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
