The 100 square meter apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of Chesa Spuondas. It can only be reached via stairs The apartment consists of entrance hall, large living room with dining area and balcony with a view, kitchen, two double master bedrooms, one of which overlooking the balcony, one with single beds and a single service one, two bathrooms and two storage rooms located in the attic. Box for one car with limited dimensions (height 188 cm - length 450 cm - width 320 cm).
