Property info

The newly renovated & high quality completed property on 5 floors with elevator is located on an almost traffic-free one-way street and each apartment is accessible via a charming passageway with a view of an unobstructable green meadow. The 23 apartments will amaze you. From large studios to exclusive 1-bed-apartments a "WOW" is written on your forehead. 4 different interior designs accomplish a unique feeling. These 23 flats have wall-high floor windows with French balconies - fresh air ahoy - and many of the flats impress with balconies. Would you like a little more exclusivity? Each of the highest 3 apartments offer a 70 sqm2 roof terrace and 360 degree panoramic view. The basement contains cellar compartments for each apartment as well as the laundry machines and dryers for free use. The car with you? Five individual garages are available for our tenants.
