The fine print
This is a loft apartment on the 5th floor (4OG) with no elevator. Sofa bed is for the fifth and 6th guests only. If separate sleeping arrangement is required for less than 5 guests, sofa bed can be prepared for an extra charge.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of CHF 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
