First class, rustic and bright attic apartment on the top floor with fantastic views. Approximately 150 m2. Living floor: living- /dining room with fireplace, balcony, separate kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. 1 bath / shower / WC. Upper floor: double bedroom with bath / WC. Parking for 2 cars in garage. Own ski room. Please note that this apartment building does not have an elevator.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment house on the hillside of Celerina. The gondola lift to Marguns is a 5-minute walk away. Various shops, the train station, restaurants and walking paths in the immediate vicinity. The cross-country ski trail with school and rental in the sunniest position is a 12-minute walk away.
