Appartement de charme de 90 m² environ, Au 3ème étage d’un immeuble rénovée à proximité du centre de Lausanne. 3 chambres à coucher, salon avec coin feu, salle à manger, cuisine avec un petit balcon, salle de bain avec baignoire, WC séparés et grand balcon. Pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Proche de supermarché coop et l'arrêt de bus Prélaz no. 9, 17 et 19.
