Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a short stay but also of medium to long life, the apartments have a large kitchen equipped to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners, large and bright rooms with wardrobes for your wardrobe, modern bathrooms and sunny balconies to enjoy the tempore del sole of Lugano: enjoy here an aperitif with local products on the coffee table , breathing the ferment of the neighborhood from above! The apartments have private parking spaces in the garage of the condominium.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is just 10 minutes walk away from the centre, in an area well served by cafès and restaurants. The post office and the Migros grocery store are just 5 and 7 minutes walk away. The Ciani park and its villa are just 5 minutes walk away, and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach along the lakeshore and tennis courts in 7 minutes. If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
