The apartment is located on the ground floor, a staircase will lead you to a magnificent garden, the independent front door, under a beautiful porch, will welcome you. The external terrace also gives you the possibility of eating outside, sunbathing and enjoying the greenery. The living room is welcoming and romantic, furnished with taste and attention to detail, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the best meals. Two bedrooms with wardrobe, one double and a second with a bunk bed. Fun bathroom with shower. Parking space in front of the house.
L'appartamento è situato in una zona collinare, molto bella, la soluzione per vivere al meglio le colline del mendrisiotto. Passeggiate e giri in bicicletta la fanno da padrone, la Valle di Muggio sovrasta la nostra casa. Chiasso e l'imbocco dell'autostrada è a 5 minuti di auto. La frontiera italiana è a 10 minuti di auto. Il Lago di Como e di Lugano ci circonda.. a voi la scelta :)
