Hi, we are Laetitia & Jess, Originally from Belgium, we moved to Nendaz in 2008. Having immersed ourselves in the local community, we fell in love with the area and decided to make our life as a family here. After both working for local businesses, we took the initiative in 2013 to set up our own venture with the aim of offering a more personal solution to the rental and management of second homes. As a team we complement each other by merging practical skills in property maintenance, with a proven knowledge of the tourist industry and a professional enthusiasm for outdoor sports. Together we provide a friendly, dependable, personalized, and honest service coupled with an extensive knowledge of the local area. We strive to offer a tailor-made service so you can enjoy your home and leisure time in full confidence. To maintain the quality of our service towards our tenants and owners we hired our nice colleagues Sarah, July & Sonia. Since summer 2022 we opened our real estate office in the center of Nendaz. We are convinced that with the knowledge of the rental market and the network we built up through the years, we are the perfect partners for property sellers and buyers. Apartment located in the centre of Haute-Nendaz, close to all amenities and activities, ideal for a stay without a car! Renovated in 2023, it comprises 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and television, the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin and WC. The cosy living room with TV and fireplace opens onto a large balcony that can also be accessed from the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. Features: Hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans). Internet and cable television. Hair dryer. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the Tracouet piste in Nendaz. There is an outdoor parking space in front of the building. The building has a lift and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Good to know: The apartment is located opposite the ice rink and the playground and very close to the sledge run. Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter. Tourist tax, final cleaning and bed linen and towels are included in the total price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Additional sheets and towels for CHF30/person. Optional baby pack for CHF25 (cot, fitted sheet, bath towels and high chair). Wood for the fireplace is to be provided by the tenant. We inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted. We thank you in advance for respecting this.
