The spacious upper part of 4.5 rooms-chalet Tio Pepe consists of 2 floors. On the first floor there is a big (65m2), very pleasantly furnished open plan living-, dining room with a modern open kitchen and a large dining table. There is is a flat screen smart TV (55 inch met Netflix), Sonos music system and a wood burning stove. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. There is a big balcony on two sides of the house where you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun the whole day. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One spacious bedroom with king size bed, small balcony and ensuite bathroom with basin, toilet and bath. Another spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a small balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. In the garage you can use a washing machine and dryer.
