Es un departamento Duplex en 4°piso de un edificio sólido, en la mejor ubicación de Pucón, muy cómodo con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños (uno en suite), living-comedor, cocina, balcón con vista a volcán y ciudad. Estacionamiento techado con ingreso control remoto, salida directa a ascensor, equipado para 5 px. en camas, más sofá cama 2pl. en living y 1 sofá cama angosto en dormitorio principal, donde podría dormir bien un niño o bb, 2 tv con cable independiente, Internet ilimitado. Cocina con refrigerador, microonda, encimera, horno y hervidor eléctrico, juguera, mini pimex vajilla completa. Incluye sábanas y toallas, mas toallas para termas. Dependiendo del período por el que estén, se deja sabanas y toallas de reemplazo. También incluye útiles de aseo en cocina, baño y aseo personal. Lavandería y conserje. Cercano a Centros termales, Playas, lagos, parques nacionales, volcanes y toda la oferta deporte. Quincena y mes precio especial. ¡¡¡ Todo para disfrutar Pucón!!!
Me encanta conocer personas de las mas diversas culturas y compartir intereses, especialmente con quiénes disfrutan la belleza natural de esta zona. Como profesora de Biología ( jubilada) entiendo y valoro la diversidad del paisaje según la estación y especies que aquí habitan. Mi objetivo es brindar las comodidades para que su estadía sea placentera y disfruten Pucón y la zona.
La ubicación es inmejorable ya que se encuentra en pleno centro, al lado de centros comerciales de todo tipo, incluido restaurantes, agencias de turismo, casino (3 cuadras), playa (4 cuadras), terminal de buses (2 cuadras) etc. tiene hermosa vista a un maravilloso volcán, en invierno también a montañas nevadas.
