An advance payment of 50% of the total value of the reservation must be made to the property in order to guarantee the reservation. This advance payment can only be sent by bank transfer to the property.

Please note that the other 50% of the payment can be paid directly at the property at the time of check in.

Please note that, as well as in the property rules, it is stipulated that no parties or events can be held, the use of gunpowder is completely forbidden.

In case you wish to bring a pet to the property, this must be previously discussed with the property to stipulate the price to be paid for the accommodations of the pet. The approximate value of this fee is COP $70.000.
