Fully furnished condominium equipped with all the basics for cooking. Air conditioning, WIFI, digital TV, ceiling fan. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is offered for an additional cost of three dollar per use. In an exclusive private community 400 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the lively main street of Playas del Coco. Also close to many beaches such as Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama, Playa Danta and Dantita, etc. Playa Flamingo 40 min. Tamarindo 1:20 min. Close to shops, banks, restaurants, nightlife, casino, pharmacies, tourist adventures, diving, fishing, organic markets, live music, etc. Just 25 minutes from Liberia International Airport and Private Clinics. The pool is the largest in Coco, it has an area suitable for small children, as well as a jacuzzi area to relax and a comfortable wet bar in the pool. The pool is equipped with a grab bar so there is no problem for elderly or disabled family members. The shopping center located outside the Cocomarindo Condominiums has a small COCOMARKET supermarket open until late, a cafeteria, a clothing store, a pizzeria, and a soda shop. The entire common area and parking lot, both inside and outside, located in the shopping center is supervised by a private security officer 24/7 and also has security cameras.

The condo is located just 700 meters from Downtown Playas del Coco. It is located 300 meters from the beach and 3 km from Playa Ocotal, one of the most beautiful beaches for diving and snorkeling. From Playas del Coco you can go to visit many different beaches around like Playa Hermosa , Playa Panama, Playa Danta y Dantita,Playa Conchal, Monkey Farm, National parks, etc. Very quiet and safe parking, both outside and inside the condo. Security 24 hrs.
