Company information

We are a small family of 4 who love to travel. We've been traveling to Costa Rica for the last 7 years and decided to move down recently! We are nearby if anything is needed during your vacation. We also enjoy the pine-covered mountains of Arizona. We have some vacation rentals in Pinetop, a small town in the White Mountains of Arizona. Thank you for supporting us and we hope to host your next vacation home away from home.

Property information

Enjoy your well-appointed and very comfortable private condo in the newest tower in Jaco Beach. You will be located on the 6th floor with a very nice view of the rainforest-covered mountains and the 3 pools that are available. Enjoy hanging out at the pool or shooting some billiards, and playing foosball. With two covered ranchos each containing a BBQ, there's plenty of space to chill. Your condo will be fully stocked with everything from soap to beach towels. A short walk to everything in Jaco!

Neighbourhood information

Jaco Beach is one of the most popular destinations in Costa Rica. Viva Jaco is located right across the street from the all-inclusive Best Western Resort. We are a short walk to the beach. Small convenience stores are close by. Great food is a short walk in either direction. Jaco in just a few words: Beach, Fun, Sun, Good Fresh Food, Bars, Casinos, Activities, PURA VIDA! Local tours are offering all of your favorite activities: *White water rafting *Paragliding *Horseback riding *ATV/UTV/Jeep jungle tours *Waterfall hikes *Hiking *Ziplining *Rock Climbing *Surfing *Deep sea fishing *Whale watching *Tortuga Island *Manuel Antonio *Carara National Park *Bars and restaurants *Casinos *Sports bars *Shopping It's about an hour and a half from the airport in San Jose. Transportation is readily available to get you here. Rental cars are a great option as well. Buses also make the trip daily. We can help sort that out for you!
