We are Eder & Allen, two good friends that have more than 15 years of experience working in tourism in La Fortuna, we grew up in this little town and decided to work together creating Home Vacations La Fortuna on 2015, our main goal: Make things easier and simple to our guest. On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tour and transportation services/rates in the area. We have our office in downtown La Fortuna by the central park, behind Inspira Restaurant. We manage/own about 30 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 25 people some of them with private pools, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Over this years we have met lots of people which is one of the best things about working in tourism, every day we work very hard to make our guest happy so our business has been very successful thanks to the good reviews that we get.

Excellent location just 3 blocks from downtown La Fortuna. We have 2 apartments, very private each one, specially for couples that are traveling together but they want a private space for each one. Each apartment has one bedroom with one double bed, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water & amenities (Towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, coffee & sugar), free WIFI, flat screen TV, living room and private parking on premise with electric gate.

Very nice neighborhood just 4 blocks away from downtown La Fortuna, very secure area.
