This property has a microclimate being 100 ft above sea level or 33 m. It is only a short walk to the beach with a surf break. It is a private property that is surrounded by the jungle with vast Ocean view of the Osa peninsula and gulf completely private property and cant be seen from the road.
I enjoy surfing, playing music, pets and riding motorcycles. I built this house myself and designed it. I'm a professional builder from the states and a musician.
This is a small neighborhood that is very quiet and peaceful. You rarely see any neighbors. Just enjoying the sounds of the jungle and the sounds of the surf when it breaks. The house is surrounded by the jungle and next to a river which you can hear running from time to time with a waterfall down the river that has a swimming hole that is very secluded and dreamy.
