Good location, close to the center of Puerto Viejo less than 15 minutes, proximity and easy access to the Cocles River and Cocles beach, safe, private and has private parking area, the construction of the apartment makes it safe and comfortable.
To share the beauty of the nature of the Cocles area and of the property, and at the same time to undertake work in the area and get to know more cultures and offer a comfortable stay and offer privacy, security and warmth to the tourist, without affecting the natural resources.
The area of Cocles, is very visited nationally and internationally, it is highlighted in its beach many activities, such as surf tournaments, among other sports and recreational activities, and even many birthday events and even marriages are made on the beach of Cocles.
