i am offering this very exclusive penthouse which boats of outstanding details hard to find. 270 m2 of inside and outside living space. 4 Terraces to all cardinal directions joined together , south panoramic ocean view , north tropical trees right in front, watch out for monkeys, squirrels , birds, which have their home there, west looking over the village. These huge terraces are perfect for your individual or group yoga exercises. Its prime location offers you to be close to town only 5 min walking where you can find all you need during your stay ( supermarkets, Restaurants, farmacy etc.). same to the beach you also need only 5 min to reach. The Penthouse offers 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people to sleep comfortably with the sweet sound of waves. 3 and ½ baths, kitchen with granite countertop, floors of precious Italian stones, fast internet, washing machine, etc.
Most of all what the beach is offering, swimming in this warm water all year round, snorkeling, enjoy visiting one of the restaurants right on the beach
Find restaurants of any kind, international, national, agencies are offering daily trips to national parks, enjoy the sorounding with its numerous animals to watch
