Villa is front beach, probably the nearest to the sea/beach villa in whole Cyprus. The natural gulf in the front of the villa make the swimming possible even with rough seas. The water of the pool is salty which make it more healthy and it's free heated with solar panels (additional payable heating of the water is available using boiler). Big garden around with hummocks, play room, basketball ground, good technology in Sound and vision systems
