This is a spacious apartment with a large balcony with city and part-see views, spacious rooms and a refurbished clean bathroom. It has been refurbished, with some additional fixings to the overall building. The next apartment neighbors are very kind and quite. In front of the complex there is an ATM machine, a TAXI service and a Clinic for emergencies. The apartment is located in the heart of Ayia Napa and all the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beach and local amenities are within walking distance. Additionally, the Bus stop is 220m away on the famous Nissi Avenue.
I will be available 24/7 for emergencies and the customers will have my personal phone number so they can contact me for important issues.
