This is a restored house dating from the 1850s. It was built during the Ottoman occupation of Cyprus. There are very few houses of this era left in Limassol. We extensively restored our house in 2007, uncovering features that were hidden for decades. The house was redecorated again in 2018.
This house has been in our family for about 80 years and 4 generations. Feel free to ask us about the history of our house or of the neighbourhood!
The central location of our house gives access to many amenities, most of which are within walking distance - shops, restaurants, cafes, the university, the new marina, the old picturesque port and the medieval castle of Limassol. The Limassol waterfront promenade is about 6 minutes walk from our house.
