Company information

The company was founded in 2008 after many years of owner's experience as a small intrepreneur. The company currently manages cca 30 apartments. Our team does its best to make your stay unique and memorable. An earlier check-in time or a later check-out time can be – based on availability – arranged individually. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer from the airport in Karlovy Vary or Prague to the apartment. For guests with children we can by prior arrangement prepare everything that is needeed for a comfortable stay – we can provide a baby chair and bed the apartment, and a child seat for a ride in a car. We will be happy to welcome you in our apartments!

Apartment No. 12 has two bedrooms with double bed and sitting area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. It is located in the spa zone of the historical part of Karlovy Vary at Trziste 29 Street on 1st floor. The spa pedestrian zone is located directly near the house. There is the Market Colonnade and the Castle Tower opposite the apartment. Within a three-minute walk you can reach the Karlovy Vary City Theater and the beautiful Theater Square park. The warmest and most impressive spring Vridlo is about 100 m away, and behind the spring you can find the Baroque Church of Mary Magdalene. The Diana funicular, which takes you to the lookout tower offering views of the residential and commercial area of the city and the surrounding villages, is 500 meters away. The nearest supermarket Rubin is about 400 m away. Pleasant sitting by the Tepla River can be enjoyed in many restaurants and cafes in the pedestrian area. The Divadelní náměstí bus stop, providing direct access to the Tržnice main stop, is only a three-minute walk from the apartment.
