This beautiful rooftop apartment can host up to 5 people (extra beds are added upon your request). All cooking equipment, a smart TV (login via Amazon Prime), internet, and anything else you need for a long-term stay are provided. Both bedrooms are about to be re-fitted with new beds. The balcony on the top floor allows you to spend peaceful moments with your family or friends with a fantastic view over Marl. Each bedroom hosts two people. For the fifth person we prepare on demand a 14cm thick premium mattress, designed for being unfolded on the floor, which will be prepared in the living room.
Multiple supermarkets, shops, a lake and green areas are within 1min walking distance.
