I have made it my goal to offer my guests a wonderful and relaxing stay and also make them feel at home while traveling. Since I travel a lot myself, I know what a big impact the accommodation can have on the whole trip. In the past, I have had particularly wonderful experiences with incredibly warm and friendly hosts and well thought-out accommodations, so I would like to pass this on to you and make your stay unforgettable. Each accomodation is immaculately clean, furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with a host of welcoming comforts. Enjoy the privacy with family or friends, and with the reassurance that we are on hand if you need us.

Welcome to HOMELY STAY, your home away from home in Sendling in the south of Munich. It is the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work. However, the room faces the street and can be a bit noisy during the day. During your stay, you have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area. Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200 EUR. Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the building for a fee. (09 -23 h, 2EUR/h min, daily maximum 11 EUR , Sundays and public holidays free of charge)

Neighborhood info

Sendlingen is green and therefore ideal for travellers seeking nature. The Flaucher, a popular park on the Isar with lawns, riverside hiking trails, barbecue areas and a beer garden is just a few minutes' walk away.
