Inside the heart of black forest mountains, Unterkirnach is a small but wealthy, peaceful and “postcard-view” town. This house is located in the outskirt of the town center and walking distance to step into the mountains and forests. Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. House owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you arrive. You can call the owner if some emergency help/support is needed. The highlight of the house: *Located in the middle-up part of the mountain, the view is always good. *Living space: 136 m². Land Space : 550 m². *Garage: Standard garage with electric roller doors. *Pet-friendly Gate/Entrance(Please contact us in advance if you are coming with more than 1 pet). *2 Gardens : Front Garden and Backyard. *2 Terraces: A Pavilion terrace and An Open BBQ terrace. *Swing chair and Trampoline. *3 bathrooms: basement WC(Shower),first floor WC (Tub),upstairs WC (Shower). *Big bright dining room and living room (all mountain view). *Fully equipped private Gym.*Private SAUNA room. *Super fast internet : download:150 mbit/s, upload:10 Mbit/s. *55 inch 4K Samsung with internet TV. *Projector(Beamer) with 99 inch roller screen. *Fireplace: wood prepared by guests. Recently upgraded our BBQ Grill for all of our BBQ lover guests. This is a traditional old Black Forest house. Therefore some signs of wear or scratches could be found somewhere on some objects. Deeply appreciate your understanding in advance.
*Walking distance to the town center , restaurant , pharmacy, urban square , supermarket. *Walking distance to the forests, Kirnach Lake, playground and “farm zoo“ for the local children. *In 3 km radius, reaches several ski parks, mountains, forests, lakes and hiking/biking trails. *15 min drive to famous Schwarzwald cities like Triberg and Villingen. *40 min drive to Titisee, around 1 hour drive to Freiburg, Stuttgart, Zürich and Bodensee. Based on the German law, visitors must pay the City Tax(Kurtaxe) in cash when arrive. In return, you receive a visitors’ card(KONUS GÄSTEKARTE) from your host, which grants you numerous discounts and even some free entrance fees to most events in Schwarzwald area, etc. Both self check in and host showing up are available.
