A beautiful holiday home for sole use in Potsdam-Mittelmark, only about 20 minutes away from the Potsdam Brandenburg Gate, only 2 minutes by car to the nationally known Spargelhof Klaistow with the climbing forest "ClimbUp" for young and old. The house is located in the middle of Fichtenwalde, a forest community on the edge of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park. Large garden with pond and fish, new Bangkirai terrace with large parasol, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room

You'll stay in a small forest community. Fichtenwalde has become a very popular place to live, especially due to the good connection to Berlin and Potsdam with S-Bahn (about 5 minutes away by car), as well as the good and attested forest air. You have absolute peace and relaxation here. If you still need a little action, it's only 20 minutes to the city center of Potsdam by car, about 12 minutes to the beautiful island city of Werder, around the corner of the well-known Spargelhof Klaistow or for the "Ghosthunter" are the Beelitz-Heilstätten closeby Bus stop is about 300 meters away, from here you can also get to the S-Bahn in Beelitz-Heilstätten, where you can take the S-Bahn to Potsdam / Berlin or to Dessau / Leipzig
