Bei unserer Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine ca. 90qm große 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Betten, 1 Küche, 1 Bad sowie 1 Wohnzimmer inklusive Sofa mit einem Schlafplatz und separater Essecke. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar neben der Sesselbahn und verfügt über zwei hintereinander gelegene Stellplätze in einer Tunneleinfahrt für PKWs. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Eine Wickelkommode sowie ein Babybett sind bei Bedarf verfügbar.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt unmittelbar neben der Sesselbahn und somit relativ zentral in Cochem. Der Ortskern und die Mosel sind nur 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso befindet sich die zentrale Bushaltestelle am Endertplatz nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Verschiedene Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung, wie die Burg Elz oder Beilstein, laden zu Unternehmungen ein.
