The spacious, renovated rooms of the Hotel Hieronimi, which dates back 200 years, provide an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Moselle region. Wake up each morning to a complimentary continental breakfast before taking a guided tour through the vineyards or a boat trip along the Moselle. The Hieronimi's wine tavern makes an ideal spot for sampling some of the in-house wines from the family's own Fuhrmann-Burg vineyards in Ellenz-Poltersdorf.
