The apartment itself is equipped with all appliances, from a Nespresso machine to a washing machine. Public transport is within walking distance: Stuttgart city center as well as the trade fair and airport can be reached quickly. Shops, bakers, restaurants, bars within walking distance. The spacious 89 sqm ground floor apartment offers a 40 sqm living room, a large bedroom with a Treca bed (1.80x2m) and built-in wardrobes, a perfectly equipped designer kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and two large sunny balconies.
