Welcome to Karlsruhe's Südstadt! You live in a freshly renovated three-room flat with a picturesque balcony view of the green residential complex. The rooms are bright, have parquet floors and meet a high standard. The flat has a well-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, which makes living there quite easy :) The bathroom is shared with the other guests/roommates. The immediate area is quiet but lively and offers a supermarket, snack bar and bakery
