The apartment is located directly on Petersstrasse (Leipzig's pedestrian zone) and there are shops right next to the house that cover everyday needs and more. A wonderful place to shop. The Gewandhaus, the new and old town hall are only a few minutes away. you have all the tourist attractions in one place. The apartment is at the back and is completely soundproofed, a place to relax. In front of the window is a garden on the 3rd floor.
Dear guests, you are welcome to rent my house if you are a calm, kind and conscientious person. Business guests are very happy here who want to end the day after a hard day's work in my wonderful oasis of calm in a very quiet environment, with a cozy dinner or a nice Netflix movie. People who want to smoke in the house or people who want to party are not welcome. Nobody in the house wants that and it would only cause trouble. In addition, guests are absolutely not welcome if they do not want to deal with the new equipment as if it were theirs! My guests can reach me via WhatsApp from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. IF THE SMOKE OR PARTY PROHIBITION IS VIOLATED, THE GUEST UNDERTAKES A FINE PAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTIES TO THE HOST'S ACCOUNT
