This charming summer house, decorated in a bright and friendly beach hotel style, is located in a peaceful area with few neighbors and direct access to large green spaces. It comfortably accommodates 8 people with four sleeping places: one double bed (180x200 cm) and three double beds (160x200 cm) spread across three rooms in the main house and one room in the annex, which also has its own toilet. The summer house is equipped with practical amenities including a washing column with a heat pump dryer and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the annex, there is an additional separate toilet. The modern kitchen-dining room comes fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The cozy living room features a TV. For families with young children, there is a cot and high chair available. The property also includes an iron and ironing board for easy garment care. Two lovely terraces with seating for 8-10 people are perfect for outdoor relaxation, and there is a greenhouse set up as a cozy orangery.
