This is a two-bedroom apartment near Boca Chica and Juan Dolio, the famous beach resort of Santo Domingo. The apartment is located in a gated and monitored residential complex. The building is very close to the beach, with great views of the coast, and the main street, "Las Americas," also runs through here. Santo Domingo International Airport (Las Américas) is only 10 minutes away, but aircraft noise is barely noticeable. Catering and cleaning services can be booked separately. Located on the Caribbean coast on the outskirts of Las Américas, km. 13 1/2, 5 minutes from Ave. Hípica, Santo Domingo Este. Gated community with 24/7 security ●Security checkpoint ●Access control ●Green spaces ●Children's areas ●Gazebos Located next to: - 10-15 Olé hypermarkets (coming soon) - 8 minutes from Bravo supermarkets - and 4 minutes from Garrido supermarket - ​​10 minutes from Las Américas International Airport - 15 minutes from Andrés Boca Chica beach
