Vana maja on saanud täiesti uue kuue ja kõik mugavused, säilitades samal ajal vanaaja soojuse ja õdususe. Eramajas asuv külaliskorter on eraldi sissepääsuga ja asub rahulikus piirkonnas. Korteris on kaks laia voodit ja on seetõttu ideaalne peatuskoht peredele. Lisaks on ettetellimisel võimalus saada ka tasuta beebivoodi. Et lastel igav ei hakkaks, on neil võimalus aega veeta mängumajakeses. Külaliskorteris on olemas kõik vajalik, et saaksite tunda end koduselt. Mugavuste hulka kuuluvad ka tasuta parkimine ja WiFi. Korteris on konditsioneer mis hoiab kuumadel suvepäevadel korteri mõnusalt jaheda. Külaliste päralt on ka möbleeritud terrass ja kaks erinevat grilli. Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida ka puuküttega sauna kuhu kuuluvad leiliruum ja puhketuba. Majutuskoha vahetus läheduses asuvad jaam, poed, staadion ja turg.
