Villa ÕU is an old Captains home, built over 100 years ago and has a vast history and many stories. The rustic yet very Estonian look of the house creates a homey feeling to everyone. The house has been renovated using sustainable and ecological building materials which makes the house a healthy place to be.
Kauni, Carlos and their 3 kids live on the first floor. All in all Kauni has 5 kids. Kauni loves kids and has therefore created a Freeschool and a private child care. She is a fashion designer who designs knitwear and linen clothes. Check out her facebook and instagram - Kauni Design.
Villa ÕU is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, has a wonderful little garden. In the garden there is ÕU cafe/vinotheque, run Kaunis husband Carlos. ÕU offers tasty Spanish wines, tapas and quality coffee and cakes. The beach is just a walk away and the city centre, parks, malls, restaurants are near by.
