Property information

Luha talu barn is located in the ancient and pristine nature of Setomaa. Cozy and stylish, the cottage is suitable for those looking to escape everyday hustle for a vacation or focused work. The house is equipped with electricity, a wide double bed, a single bed, a large daybed suitable for sleeping, chairs, a table, a mirror, and a radiator for cooler weather. Currently, washing is possible in the sauna and swimming in the pond. A ventilated dry toilet is located right next to the barn. This is a good stop for visitors to Setomaa or Võrumaa or those hiking in the area. A toddler bed can be added.

Neighbourhood information

Luhamaa is the Southeasternmost corner of Estonia, a quiet hilly neighbourhood with some villages popping out on hilltops or valleys. The nature here is ancient and pure and you can feel your lost connection with nature revive itself. In 35km range there are multiple attractive places: the heart of Setomaa - Obinitsa, town of Võru, the highest point of Estonia - Suur Munamägi, picturesque Rõuge and the Northeastern corner of Latvia, especially historic Aluksne with its fortress island and majestic manor.
