Guests using parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control.
The building features a terrace which is shared between some of the apartments.
Please note that this property charges a group deposit of EUR 300 per apartment for groups of 6 or more people.
