Located in the Rotermanni quarter which is the newest and most modern part of the city center with amazing modern architecture. Endless restaurant options and the best shopping opportunities just when you step out of the door. The main shopping center Viru is only a 1-minute walk while the Old Town is a 5-minute walk. About 10-15 minutes drive from airport and port. The space - Beautifully renovated and only the highest quality materials have been with attention to minor details. - Modern luxury decor. - Gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and coffee and tea maker. - Central location. - Fast WiFi and over 100 TV channels available. - Queen bed with a comfortable mattress and high-quality bedsheets. - Allergy sensitive with no down and feathers in bedrooms. - Washing machine and laundry detergents are available for use. Other things to note - Parties and large social gatherings are strictly prohibited. - Neighbours should not be disturbed by loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
