A bright & minimalistic apartment in a historic building, perfectly located in the heart of Kalamaja district next to centre of Tallinn. Transport hubs, the Old Town, the trendiest cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. There is one bedroom with bunk bed and a living room with a sofa-bed. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. No stove and oven. Airport 5,5km, Port of Tallinn 1,5km, Railway station 650m, tram stop 120m, bus stop 50m. Supermarket 120m.
Charming traditional wooden houses, quiet streets, flea markets, cyclists, strolling mothers, creative offices, design shops and hip eateries popping up at every corner now define this once ghetto area named Kalamaja. Selected in 2015 by Skyskanner as one of the 20 most hipster neighbourhoods in the World, It is today by far the hippest district in the city. The bohemian charm is accompanied by a fabulous location, as Kalamaja is bordered by the seaside, Old Town and City Centre. A cheap grocery, designer shops and nearly 20 trendiest fast food joints, bars and restaurants are at just a couple minutes walking distance from the apartment.
