My name is Clemence, I am french and I live in El Gouna since september 2022 with my husband Filippos who is greek and our 2 young daughters. I am very friendly and I put a lot of effort into welcoming my guests in the best possible way. Me and my co-hosts are always around El Gouna, available to guide you through your holidays and help you with whatever you need.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio. You will be staying in the heart of El Gouna city center, downtown. 2 minutes walking distance to all the restaurants, the supermarkets, the bars and the lagoon beaches of Kafr. 15 minutes walk to the Marinas and easy access 24/7 to the Tuktuk service (local transportation) that will take you wherever you want in Gouna. Update december 2024 : For your comfort we just finished a full renovation of the apartment inside and out with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. 📌 El Gouna Access Info – Please Read To enter El Gouna a QR code is required for all guests. This is issued by the Town Management (Orascom). To request your access QR codes, we kindly ask you to send a clear photo of the front and back of national IDs or passports for all guests once your booking is confirmed. 🕒 Deadline: We need to receive the documents at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure approval in time. Please note: Final access is approved by Town Management — we can’t guarantee entry 100%. If access is denied despite documents being sent on time, you're entitled to a full refund. Group of guests under 21 are generally not approved by Town Management. Let us know if you have any questions. We're looking forward to host you !
