The house is located in a quiet, cozy place, not far from the best for our family - the town of Calpe. The interior has retained its authenticity, although half a year ago made cosmetic repairs. There is also a shower in the sauna (the sauna does not work for a long time, as the power of electricity is limited. ) There is no air conditioning on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, sleeping 5 people. Living room with a small sofa bed for two, fireplace. Separate kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and access to the terrace where there is a barbecue area. All rooms have built-in closets with hangers. The view from all windows of the house to the sea. The house is situated in such a way that nothing interferes with the stunning view. There is wifi in the house. TVs in every room. Private pool, next to the pool area with sun beds with sun shade and a shower room. Private parking for two cars, also protected from the sun.
