120m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 BATHROOMS, living room-kitchen, interior patio, 1st floor with elevator, parking, WIFI, renovated and soundproofed in the old town of Murcia. PUBLIC GUARDED PARKING IS NECESSARY TO RESERVE- PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST AND IN CERTAIN CASES A BLOCK WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OF 150 EUROS ON THE GUEST'S CARD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. THE GUEST CAN CANCEL FOR FREE UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR. THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE RESERVATION 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE AND NOT BEFORE.
