Under no circumstances will Apartamentos Michelangelo take responsibility for any expenses derived from the relocation and/or any additional expenses these unauthorized groups may incur into.
During check-in it is essential that all guests over 14 years of age present an original ID card or passport in order to check in. Photocopies and/or photographs of the original document will not be considered valid.
In accordance with current legislation, we cannot accept cash payments for reservations for an amount of 1.000€ or more. This applies to national clients, foreigners residing in Spain and/or professional foreigners.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
