Are you looking for the perfect apartment for your next holiday vacation? This beautiful apartment has got you covered. Not only is it extremely affordable but its location is wonderful as well. The apartment is located 200m from a gorgeous beach “La Patacona”, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the southern bright sun, with its golden sand, clear waters of Mediterranean Sea and beautiful palm trees.
Got hungry? - Beautiful beach promenade of La Patacona got you covered with its vast selection of restaurants and bars! Want some activities on the beach? – Rent equipment for surfing, take lessons of the available sailing schools around the area or rent a bike and ride along the beach enjoying beautiful view of the sea. If you want to have some more intense sport activities, you can find a gym and tennis courts in a very close proximity to the apartment. A variety of playgrounds for kids will help parents to relax while their kids are having fun. Want to do some cultural activities? – Just take a 10 minutes bus ride to get to the “City of Arts and Sciences” or a 15 minutes bus ride to the historical center of the beautiful city of Valencia! (The bus stop is 50 meters away from the apartment.) Want to buy your own groceries? – Just two minutes’ walk by foot from the apartment you will find a supermarket and a variety of small vegetable and fruit stalls! The apartment is located on the territory of a 24 hours gated complex where you can find children and adult pools (only in summer season), as well as children playgrounds. All of this is overseen by a concierge.

The front door is equipped with a video intercom, which makes the apartment extremely safe. The kitchen is fully furnished with home appliances, such as: a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and all necessary utensils. The living room is equipped with a dining table, four chairs, a bar counter with 2 chairs, a double sofa and a smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed - 150x190 cm, a smart TV, a desk for working on a laptop and a large wardrobe. The glazed terrace has a double sofa and a table.
