Can you imagine falling asleep while your listen to the sea waves? House with a small garden located right on the beachfront, surrounded by a service area. Beautiful frontal views of the sea. Outside terrace. 3 large bedrooms (2 ensuite with terrace and private solarium) and direct views of the sea.

Neighbourhood information

The beach area where the house is located is called El Saladillo, a very quiet residential area. 1 minute walk from home, there is a small neighborhood supermarket and a few restaurants. And also a few minutes walk there are several beach restaurants. The lively towns of Estepona and San Pedro de Alcántara are less than 10 minutes away by car, and Puerto Banús, with all its luxury shops and restaurants, some 15 minutes away. You have several golf clubs within a 5-10 minutes drive.
