Fully renovated beautiful apartment with sea views just 30m from the nice sandy beach, with a terrace facing the beach, and 2 bedrooms facing the beautiful big private garden and a big swimming pool. The property is located near the restaurants, cafes, bars on the beach. Everything is in a walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, shops, public parking, playgrounds. There is a garage parking available at the property. The apartment has just been fully renovated and will be finished in the first week of July 2024. New floors, windows, bathroom, kitchen, new furniture. The Port of Duquesa with it's restaurants, bars and entertainment is just a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The public transport to Estepona, Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar. Friday market with local products, food, clothes, jewelry.

San Luis de Sabinillas - is a lovely flourishing village , it is a coastal district in the municipality of Manilva, Málaga. It is 97 km from the capital of Malaga, 50 min drive to the airport of Malaga, and 35-40 min drive to Gibraltar.
