Property information

The apartment with spectacular sea views from all rooms, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room and dining room with access to the beautiful covered terrace with incredible sea views. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and spectacular sea views, the windows have blackout curtains to guarantee your rest. The bathroom to the master bedroom has a full size bath and shower over, a double sink, toilet and bidet. A hair dryer is also available in both bathrooms. Furthermore, both bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is very beneficial in the colder winter months. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large double bed. The door to the 2nd room has curtains and blinds. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The living room of our vacation home in Samara is decorated with great care and very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also Apple TV service on the TV in the living room and fiber optic internet throughout the vacation rental. From the living room and the two bedrooms you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with an outside table. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a multifunctional oven, a silent refrigerator, an induction hob and a dishwasher. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses and a washing machine. The residential community of Samara is located in a quiet area, it is newly built in 2010, so all the facilities are new and in perfect condition. In the community area you will find 2 tropical pools (one is an infinity pool) one for children, a fully equipped gym for sports days. For cooler days it has a sauna and a heated indoor pool. Guests have access to all these facilities according to the opening hours, which may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability.

Neighbourhood information

The next supermarket is at 8 minutes drive (Supersol), the beach and beach restaurants are available at 7 minutes drive, Puerto Banus is at 15 minutes drive and Marbella city center at 10 minutes. Malaga airport is 40 minutes away.
